The investment partnership was set up in March 2005. Today, HTAC is holding the following stakes: 13.3 percent of Athens International Airport, 10 percent of Düsseldorf International, 14.2 percent of Hamburg Airport and 6.5 percent of Sydney Airport.

HOCHTIEF AirPort is general partner of HTAC and responsible for the active administration of the holdings, as well as for the development and coordination of joint bidding procedures.
